Courtney Bola began her career in a different path after attending a local college. Courtney worked in the social service industry for a local ARC chapter. When a door opened at Fingerlakes Mortgage Company Courtney joined the team as a part-time loan processor. As the industry grew and mortgage lending showed strong growth potential she changed her path to the financial industry and became a full-time employee. Shortly after the newly established Fingerlakes Mortgage Co. branch of Elmira, NY opened in 2000, Courtney was promoted to a Loan Officer. After graduating college with a business degree, specializing in marketing, Cynthia worked as a merchandiser for a major catalog company. From there she moved on to working for a financial advising firm which opened the doors for her to begin a career in the lending industry in 1993. As a Loan Officer for a leading Lending Company, Cynthia moved quickly up the ranks from Loan Officer to Underwriter, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and on to Corporate Trainer, traveling all over to train others in the business. In 1997 a new opportunity presented to work for a Brokering Company out of Minnesota that worked directly with the local banks, setting up a second look program. With 14 Pennsylvania branches and 16 New York branches under her wing it was time to move on to another challenge. Cynthia came to work as an Independent Contractor for Fingerlakes Mortgage Company November of 2000. Since then Cynthia has stayed along the trails with Patrick Bola as he opened the doors of Twin Tier Mortgage in 2002. Cynthia has kept up with education both in the mortgage industry and in the real estate business, receiving her Realtor License in June of 2004. In 2010 Cynthia has made partner at Twin Tier Mortgage and continues to help the growth of this family orientated business to build strong customer service in the Twin Tier Region.
